How psychedelics help with burn-out

Ever since my #burn-out I suffer from mood swings.

Sometimes I find life the greatest thing that ever happened to me. Other times, I want to escape life, it hardly brings me joy.

I've called those difficult periods my beast.

Naming it has helped me to accept that part of me.
